dc.descriptionTerrorism is a threat to the national security of the Nation-State and the international system. Increasingly, terrorist groups and their tactics are used as tools to pressure governments and populations to submit to or comply with the demands of the perpetrators of terror. In this logic, there is no country that is exempt from the problems and the emergence of organizations that seek to destabilize and violate society. Hence, the objective of this work is to identify the current conditions of terrorism, as well as its tendencies, and to propose possible lines of action for the political and national security mechanisms of both the Mexican State and global society. This article used documentary research, based mainly on specialized papers about terrorism. One of the main results was the identification of four threats linked to terrorism: 1) organized crime; 2) groups of extremist ideologies (such as anarcho-environmentalism); 3) the reappearance of subversive groups and 4) white supremacism from the United States.en-US
dc.descriptionEl terrorismo es una amenaza para la seguridad nacional de los Estado nación y del sistema internacional. Con mayor frecuencia, los grupos terroristas y sus tácticas son usados como herramientas para presionar a Gobiernos y poblaciones a someterse o acceder a las demandas de los perpetradores del terror. En esta lógica, no hay país que esté exento de la problemática y el surgimiento de organizaciones que pretenden desestabilizar y violentar a la sociedad. Con base en lo anterior, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar las condiciones actuales del terrorismo y sus tendencias y proponer posibles líneas de acción para los dispositivos políticos y de seguridad nacional, tanto del Estado mexicano como de la sociedad global. Este artículo se sustenta en una investigación documental, basada principalmente en documentos especializados en la temática del terrorismo. Uno de los principales resultados es la identificación de cuatro amenazas vinculadas al terrorismo: crimen organizado, grupos de ideologías extremistas (como el anarco-ecologismo), la reaparición de grupos subversivos y el supremacismo blanco proveniente de los Estados Unidos de América.es-ES

Cada vez mais, grupos terroristas e suas táticas são usados como ferramentas para pressionar governos e populações a se submeterem ou obedecerem às demandas dos perpetradores do terror. Nessa lógica, não há país que esteja isento dos problemas e do surgimento de organizações que buscam desestabilizar e violar a sociedade. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é identificar as condições atuais do terrorismo, bem como suas tendências, e propor possíveis linhas de ação para os mecanismos de segurança política e nacional do Estado mexicano e da sociedade global. Este artigo utilizou pesquisa documental, baseada principalmente em documentos especializados sobre o tema do terrorismo. Um dos principais resultados foi a identificação de quatro ameaças ligadas ao terrorismo: 1) crime organizado; 2) grupos de ideologias extremistas (como o anarcoambientalismo); 3) o reaparecimento de grupos subversivos e 4) a supremacia branca dos Estados Unidos da América.pt-BR
