dc.description | The tall boat Cauhtémoc was conceived for the Exaltation of the Sailor Spirit of the leaders of the Mexican Navy. But this expression, being motto and mission, is subjective since there is no research on its meaning or its effectiveness. The objective of this study is to model and analyze the effectiveness in Sailor Spirit Exaltation (Exaltación del Espíritu Marinero, EEM in Spanish) on board. To this end, the so-called Sail Training was equated by building and measuring the EEM model. The measuring instrument was applied in two phases: at the beginning and end of the 2023 Instructional Cruise “Bicentennial of the Mexican Navy”. The results test the evolution between the first application and the second. They show that, based on the definition of EEM, the experience transforms the intimate character of a sailor being by the personal development, seafaring skills and social skills of each individual, which, in turn, enhances the exercise of authentic and effective leadership. | en-US |
dc.description | El buque escuela (BE) velero Cuauhtémoc fue concebido para la Exaltación del Espíritu Marinero de los líderes de la Armada de México. Pero dicha expresión, siendo lema y misión, es subjetiva, pues no existen investigaciones sobre su significado o su efectividad. El objetivo del presente estudio es modelar y analizar la eficacia en la Exaltación del Espíritu Marinero (EEM) a bordo. Con tal fin, se equiparó el llamado Sail Training construyendo y midiendo el modelo EEM. El instrumento de medición se aplicó en dos fases: al inicio y al término del Crucero de Instrucción MMXXI “Bicentenario de la Armada de México”. Los resultados comprueban la evolución entre la primera aplicación y la segunda. Demuestran que, con base en la definición de EEM, la experiencia transforma el carácter íntimo del ser marino por el desarrollo personal, las habilidades marineras y las habilidades sociales de cada individuo, lo que, a su vez, potencia el ejercicio del liderazgo auténtico y efectivo. | es-ES |
dc.description | O Navio de Treinamento de Veleiros Cuauhtémoc foi concebido para a Exaltação do Espírito Marítimo dos futuros líderes da Marinha Mexicana, mas essa expressão, sendo um lema e missão, embora popular entre os funcionários da Instituição, é um tanto subjetiva, pois não há investigações que, explicar e aprofundar o seu significado, ou então determinar se as viagens a bordo do veleiro são realmente eficazes para obter os resultados esperados. O objetivo do estudo foi modelar e analisar a eficácia na Exaltação do Espírito Marítimo (EEM) a bordo, para o qual, o conceito foi equiparado ao chamado Treino de Vela, e a partir disso, foi construído o Modelo EEM e medida, cuja capacidade de transformação é dada pela mudança nos construtos estabelecidos. O instrumento de medição foi aplicado em duas fases, no início e no final do Cruzeiro de Treinamento MMXXI “Bicentenário da Marinha Mexicana”, complementado por uma pesquisa de saída. Os resultados confirmam uma evolução positiva entre a primeira e a segunda aplicações, o que mostra que, com base na definição da Exaltação do Espírito Marítimo, a experiência obtida com o desenvolvimento de um Cruzeiro de Instrução a bordo do B.E. Cuauhtémoc, efetivamente transforma o caráter íntimo do ser marinho, graças ao fortalecimento significativo do desenvolvimento pessoal, habilidades marítimas e habilidades sociais de cada indivíduo, como ferramentas essenciais que lhes permitem no futuro serem pessoas competentes e adaptadas ao seu ambiente. , assim promovendo o exercício de uma liderança autêntica e eficaz. | pt-BR |
