dc.description.abstractEste capítulo analiza la influencia del humor en la resiliencia emocional y la cohesión grupal de soldados pertenecientes a los contingentes 2024 y 2025 de la Fuerza Aeroespacial Colombiana. Mediante un enfoque cualitativo hermenéutico y el uso del cuestionario Humor Styles Questionnaire (HSQ), complementado con entrevistas semiestructuradas, se identificaron las manifestaciones del humor, su relación con el afrontamiento del estrés y su papel en la construcción de vínculos grupales. Los resultados evidencian que el humor, en especial el afiliativo y el autoafirmante, contribuye significativamente a disminuir tensiones, fortalecer la confianza mutua y generar sentido de pertenencia, incluso en contextos de alta exigencia física y emocional. Asimismo, se establecen límites tácitos y códigos internos que regulan su uso, evitando la exclusión o incomodidad. Se concluye que el humor, implementado de manera estratégica, puede consolidarse como una herramienta institucional para mejorar el bienestar y la eficacia en entornos militareses_ES
