Aspectos geopolíticos, económicos y ambientales de los cultivos sostenibles con certificados de carbono en la región del Catatumbo

Abstract

Este escrito investiga los aspectos geopolíticos, económicos y ambientales de la región del Catatumbo para el periodo anual 2024-2025 mediante el desarrollo de cultivos sostenibles que generan créditos de carbono. Se plantea como problema central la articulación de las Fuerzas Militares con la Acción Unificada del Estado para implementar iniciativas agrícolas que contribuyan a la seguridad ambiental y fortalezcan la presencia institucional en zonas afectadas por economías ilícitas. El objetivo general es establecer lineamientos que orienten esta articulación, promoviendo la sustitución de cultivos ilegales y la consolidación de proyectos de carbono. Desde un enfoque cualitativo, se realizará una revisión de estudios sobre producción agrícola y cambio climático, y análisis de la normativa militar vigente. El estudio aportará directrices para implementar iniciativas agrícolas sostenibles con alto impacto social y ecológico.

This project investigates the geopolitical, economic, and environmental aspects of the Catatumbo region for the 2024-2025 period through the development of sustainable crops that generate carbon credits. The central issue is the coordination of the Armed Forces with the Unified Action of the State to implement agricultural initiatives that contribute to environmental security and strengthen the institutional presence in areas affected by illicit economies. The overall objective is to establish guidelines to guide this coordination, promoting the substitution of illegal crops and the consolidation of carbon projects. From a qualitative approach, a review of studies on agricultural production and climate change will be conducted, along with an analysis of current military regulations. The study will provide guidelines for implementing sustainable agricultural initiatives with high social and ecological impact.
