VICTIMIZACIÓN DE LA COMUNIDAD LGTBI Y EL POSTACUERDO COLOMBIANO.

Abstract

El presente estudio se centra en la victimización de la comunidad con orientación sexual y de genero divergente (LGBTIQ+) en el contexto colombiano, específicamente en el período posterior al acuerdo de paz. La investigación se basa en un enfoque cualitativo que combina la exploración y la descripción de la problemática. Uno de los conceptos claves abordados es la "victimodogmática", que se refiere a la tendencia de ciertas personas o grupos a asumir sistemáticamente el papel de víctimas con fines estratégicos. En el marco teórico, se explora la importancia de los derechos humanos y la diversidad sexual, destacando la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos y los Principios de Yogyakarta como marcos normativos esenciales. Se examina también la teoría de la discriminación y el estigma, destacando la obra de Goffman y Link y Phelan, que son fundamentales para comprender la victimización de la comunidad LGTBI. La investigación se plantea como una oportunidad para analizar y evaluar las políticas públicas y programas gubernamentales relacionados con la igualdad y no discriminación de las personas LGTBI en Colombia. Se enfoca en la exploración de estrategias que prevengan la victimización, así como en la identificación de posibles deficiencias y áreas de mejora. The present study focuses on the victimization of the community with divergent sexual orientation and gender (LGBTIQ+) in the Colombian context, specifically in the period after the peace agreement.
