dc.description.abstractEl estudio analiza la influencia de factores neuropsicológicos y psicosociales en la toma de decisiones militares bajo condiciones de alta presión. A través de una revisión documental con enfoque cualitativo, se examinan mecanismos cerebrales, como la interacción entre la corteza prefrontal dorsolateral y la amígdala, así como el impacto del estrés, la resiliencia, la cohesión grupal y el liderazgo. Se destacan tecnologías como realidad virtual, neurofeedback y estimulación cerebral no invasiva, junto con estrategias de autorregulación emocional y entrenamiento físico, como recursos para optimizar el rendimiento cognitivo y emocional. Los resultados evidencian que la preparación integral, que combina entrenamiento físico, cognitivo y emocional, fortalece la resiliencia, mejora el juicio táctico y reduce el riesgo de errores críticos y secuelas psicológicas. El trabajo propone recomendaciones para integrar estos hallazgos en los programas formativos y operativos de las fuerzas armadas.es_ES
