| dc.description | En un proceso de negociación además del procedimiento, las fases y el cronograma que establezcan las partes, resulta fundamental (en la mayoría de los casos) la participación de terceras partes como elementos catalizadores que permiten cumplir lo acordado. De esta manera, el presente trabajo se propone analizar la dinámica de las terceras partes, sus modalidades y ventajas así como sus dificultades dentro del proceso de negociación. El propósito, por tanto, será medir el impacto que tienen a la hora de resolver conflictos considerando una tipología específica de intervención. | es-ES |
