La importancia de la ética en la formación del soldado colombiano.

Abstract

La investigación está direccionada en dar a conocer la importancia de la formación de un militar desde su inicio; los efectos que causan en el soldado la enseñanza de los valores y principios; los cuales aplicaran a lo largo de su permanencia en la institución, aportando así a la profesionalización del Ejército. ¿Es necesaria la ética en la formación de los militares? El trabajo se fundamenta en la revisión de artículos realizados por investigadores que han aportado ideas y conceptos sobre la importancia de la ética en la formación del soldado; buscando un mejor desempeño en el cumplimiento de su misión, alineadas con las normas institucionales y así poder cumplir el mandato constitucional. Es una investigación de carácter descriptivo y con diseño de investigación bibliográfica, mediante el método de la hermenéutica, para analizar críticamente los documentos. La investigación permitió comprobar que el militar que en su instrucción ve la ética de una forma profunda, se desenvolverá mejor en los actos del servicio como fuera de él; dando resultados que benefician el nivel estratégico y disminuyendo errores que afectan la imagen institucional.

The investigation is aimed at making known the importance of the training of a military man from the beginning; the effects that the teaching of values and principles causes in the soldier; which they will apply throughout their tenure in the institution, thus contributing to the professionalization of the Army. Is ethics necessary in the training of the military? The work is based on the review of articles made by researchers who have contributed ideas and concepts about the importance of ethics in the training of the soldier; looking for a better performance in the fulfillment of its mission, aligned with the institutional norms and thus be able to fulfill the constitutional mandate. It is an investigation of a descriptive nature and with a bibliographic research design, using the method of hermeneutics, to critically analyze the documents. The investigation made it possible to verify that the military man who sees ethics in a profound way in his training, will perform better in the acts of the service as well as outside of it; giving results that benefit the strategic level and reducing errors that affect the institutional image.
